Biography
About Adam Kadmon
Adam Kadmon creates Bitcoin art through carved wood panels, mixed media sculpture, and symbolic compositions rooted in Renaissance aesthetics, sacred geometry, and decentralization. Trained in mural painting and stained glass at the University of Fine Arts, he later expanded his practice through a deep focus on wood as a primary material, drawn to its connection with nature and living forms.
After discovering Bitcoin in 2017, his artistic direction became fully aligned with the philosophical ideas behind it. For Kadmon, Bitcoin represents far more than technology. Concepts such as fair exchange of value, decentralization, censorship resistance, low time preference, and equal rules for all became the foundation of his artistic practice. His work reflects a belief that Bitcoin can help shape a cultural and artistic renaissance.
His major series, The Bitcoin Religion, combines carved wood, gilding, acrylic, handmade paper, engraved text, and symbolic architecture into physically layered works that explore the emergence of Bitcoin as a transformative historical force. Gold leaf, merkle trees, ouroboros symbolism, historical blocks, and references to Renaissance thought appear throughout the series. Other works, including The Halving Blocks series, physically interpret milestone Bitcoin blocks through geometric structure and sculptural construction.
Kadmon’s works have been exhibited internationally at conferences and galleries including Miami, Amsterdam, Lugano, Madeira, London, Nashville, and El Salvador. Across his practice, he uses material craftsmanship and symbolic construction to express Bitcoin’s cultural, philosophical, and historical significance.
