Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Bitcoin Art Magazine. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Because our publications are limited print runs, we are unable to accept general returns once an order has been shipped.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged item and packaging

Once we review the request, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement copy (if available)
  • A refund to the original payment method if a replacement copy is not possible

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.


Returns

Due to the nature of printed publications, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse once an order has been shipped.

If a return is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, the item must be returned in the condition received.


Digital Downloads

Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable once access to the file has been provided.

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will assist you.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
